On another note. Whoever built our apartment was most definitely organizationally challenged. When I first opened the door to my room this past August, I immediately reached for the light switch, which I assumed would be right next to the door, only to find nothing. After a thorough inspection of my room, I found the switch directly in the middle of one of the side walls. While this may not seem like a problem to some, for me it is a travesty. Not only can I not flip the switch when leaving my room, I have to turn the lights off before I get into bed. So uncool DePauw University, for making what was supposed to be a closet into a room.
Seriously, I'm not complaining, I love the harry potter sized cupboard of my room but for a University who is concerned with hanging lights (ie: Christmas lights) being a fire hazard, you would think they might make sure their living units are up to code.
That is all for now, more from the others later!
XOXOX,
Barbara Jean
